Handmade Products – Purchase Information

At present my handmade products are only available to Australian customers.

Delivery (Australia Only)

DELIVERY COST – Product price includes delivery.

DISPATCH – All items listed are in stock unless otherwise stated and will be posted within 1 to 3 business days of receiving funds.

PARCEL POST – Items will be sent via Australia Post Parcel Post from Western Australia (postcode 6030).

TRACKING – You will receive email notification of your tracking number after lodgement at the post office and can check your parcel’s status via the Australia Post Track page.

DELIVERY ADDRESS – Please ensure that you provide the correct address for delivery. I am unable to offer delivery to PO Boxes.


This site uses PayPal to facilitate secure online payments in Australian Dollars. If you do not have or wish to use a PayPal account a guest checkout is available which allows you to pay with an accepted credit card. Please click on any credit card icon below the PayPal button to proceed to the guest checkout.


Refunds and exchanges are offered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. As a buyer you are entitled to reconsider your purchase if you believe you have received goods that are not of reasonable quality or do not match the store description. I make every effort to ensure this doesn’t happen, but if you believe this is the case please contact me as soon as possible to discuss an appropriate remedy. Please understand that due to the handmade nature of my goods it is reasonable to expect slight imperfections. These will in no way compromise the aesthetics or functionality of the product.

Please note, I am not obliged to offer remedies in the following circumstances:
– If you simply change your mind.
– If the item is lost or damaged in transit. After items are lodged with the postal service I have no control over what happens to them.
